It was a whirlwind trip! And, truly a lovely time.
I took a red-eye flight (I now know why they're called that) into Philadelphia, landing at 5 am Friday morning.
I somehow stumbled from the gate to the rental car place and then drove the 45 minutes to the hotel. I promptly fell asleep - after begging the lady at the desk to let me get into my room early and after saying a very quick hello to my parents.
The wedding was Friday night. And, was gorgeous - even though it was raining so the wedding ended up under the tent, rather than outside as planned. My step-sister Natasha was gorgeous and my new brother-in-law, Mike was great. Everything went perfectly.
The next day, Natasha graduated from college and then she and Mike flew out to their honeymoon on Sunday.
I came home (back to Denver) on Saturday night - I think I was on the East Coast for about 36 hours. But, it was really great to see everyone (but my older sister and her family who couldn't make it to the wedding) and to finally get to see my new nephew Kaleb.
Here are some more pictures from my weekend:
