Thankful Thursday, Take 29

Thanking God this week for:

• A three-day weekend!
• A great trip to the Sand Dunes
• A car that, though 10-years old with over 100,000 miles, still is able to go on long roadtrips with no problems.
• A better meeting with some of those I oversee than anticipated - leadership of one of the ministry areas I oversee is in transition and I expected to have to have a really difficult conversation with the people leaving but it ended up going way better than anticipated
• Great new people, with real vision and excitement, transitioning into the ministry role that's being vacated...and God's working the entire thing out better than I could have ever anticipated
• Wise, reliable, patient leaders who oversee me and also trust and encourage me
• My dad's back surgery going so well...and the fact that my dad's so mobile already.
• Some really special, intimate moments with Jesus while at the Sand Dunes
