I found this recipe at Sunflower Market about a month ago and have adapted it a bit. But it's just too yummy not to share! :) Last night at cookout, someone said it was the best salsa they'd ever tasted - go, Sunflower Market! :)
Mango Salsa
4 chopped Mangoes
1 chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 chopped Orange Bell Pepper
2 peeled and chopped Kiwis
1 chopped sweet Onion (a small-to-medium sized onion)
1 chopped bunch of cilantro (I actually use about half of the bunch you get at the grocery store)
2 limes (the juice of)
Salt and Hot Sauce to taste (I added salt to taste and about a 1/4 can of this: http://www.mexgrocer.com/1275.html which you can usually find in the Mexican part of any grocery store)
Mix up all the ingredients and let it chill for a while. That's it! YUM!!!! :)
Enjoy!
