Thankful Thursday, Take 20

Thanking God this week for:

• an awesome, awesome Easter service at church
• an awesome, awesome Easter dinner with some great friends
• an awesome, awesome Easter - that Jesus suffered and died in my place and rose again, conquering sin and death....for ME....for you...for everyone
• my job
• new recipes - and friends willing to be my guinea pigs for those new recipes! (they all turned out pretty yummy!!!! :) )
• working out
• continued proof of the ways that I've grown
• laughter
• getting to talk with Jennie on the phone the other day - it wasn't nearly long enough...but gosh, was it great to hear her voice!!!!
• resistance and self control in the face of temptation
• wisdom
• Jesus' patience and grace - (specifically thanking Him this week for the moments when I'm painfully aware that I'm oten not patient or gracious for others)
